Description of Position
Chris Sandeen - Primarily responsible for all financial matters concerning the police department the office manager is essential in helping develop the budget each year. This position includes reviewing and processing purchase requests, recommending modifications when necessary.
The office manager also helps in reviewing reports to ensure compliance with departmental, state and federal guidelines. She must have a thorough knowledge of the police department as well as other city offices. Also the manager must be able to utilize and understand a variety of office equipment, attend meetings, take minutes, and supervise others.

| Secretary II |
Description of Position
Margy Larson - Typing dictated reports and interviews, prepare correspondence, proofreading, editing, filing, data entry and a host of other activities is inclusive in being a secretary for your police department. Considerable knowledge is needed in both legal as well as medical terminology since many of our cases involve injuries and medical conditions.
As at most offices the secretary is the person most people speak to first when coming to the police department. The ability to communicate clearly with a host of various people in a wide range of settings is an absolute necessity.

| Police Records/Crime Free Housing Coordinator |
Description of Position
Lisa Ness - Duties include: Determines what information can be released. Disseminates uniform crime reports, motor vehicle accident reports, and record information to insurance companies and to the public upon request.
Lisa Ness also conducts record checks for the Crime Free Housing Program.

| Receptionist |
Description of Position
Nicole Nold - Receptionist duties include: Provides front counter assistance and responds to requests for police reports, traffic accidents, police records along with assisting the Crime Free Housing Coordinator. The receptionist assists with the daily filing system and route traffic reports, criminal reports and police department records to the appropriate agencies.
