Notice of Construction-Veterans Blvd
The 2013 construction season is approaching and we would like to inform you of the above referenced street closure. Current weather forecasts suggest a slow spring melt which will likely delay construction activities, but work could begin as early as April 15, if conditions allow.
We have scheduled a Construction Meeting for April 8 at 1:30 PM at Moore Engineering to review project schedule, road closures and general project information. You are welcome to attend or give us a call so we can assist you with any specific needs.
The attached map provides an overview of the primary detour to Sheyenne St. Veterans Boulevard will be completely closed from 32nd Ave to 40th Ave. Main construction operations will begin at south end of Veterans at 40th Ave. 40th Ave and 32nd Ave intersections will remain open to east and west traffic . 36th Ave intersection at Veterans will be closed. No traffic will be allowed on existing roadway!
We will be installing Traffic Message Boards (1) week prior to closure to inform public (see map for proposed locations). Other notifications will be sent out as needed. Weekly construction meetings will be held at Moore Engineering with times yet to be determined.
Thank you for your patience and please drive with care through the detours. If you have any questions during construction, please contact any of the personnel below.
