By Staff
West Fargo Police become a drop site for the North Dakota Attorney General's new program "Take Back" , which provides permanent prescription drug disposal containers in a number of cities, Bismarck, Minot, Fargo, Grand Forks and now West Fargo.
Residents of those cities and surrounding communities can safely dispose of unused prescription drugs in the permanent Take Back disposal containers located in the lobby of the local police departments in those cities.
This new program is designed to prevent these medications from getting into the hand of adults or teenagers who abuse these drugs.
Those with unused prescription medications can bring them to the West Fargo Police Department lobby where police staff will collect them.
This program is anonymous and does not require citizens to fill out any paperwork.
