At approximately 12:51 AM West Fargo officers responded to a possible Burglary in progress at 2943 7th St W.  When officers arrived, a male, later identified as Chirstopher Puppe, was located in the apartment on the couch.  Puppe reportedly entered the apartment, walked around the apartment, opening one of the bedroom doors.  Puppe was asked what he was doing by a relative of the resident, but refused to answer.   He was told by individuals in the apartment to leave, he did not respond, but laid down on the couch.  Puppe a 22 year old male from Hensel ND was arrested without incident for Criminal Trespass.  The door to the apartment was unlocked, and alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
